How to Update Final Fantasy XI Account Profile

Except for the name and birth date, other profile such as Email, home address, phone number and Credit Card profile is editable when resetting the account profile.

§ Update Registration Information

Step 1  Log in the following interface

Step 2   Click "service & support" and enter the interface as below

Step 3  Click "Membership" and enter the interface as blow

Step 4  Select "Update Member Information" and "Update Payment Information" to edit the registration information and Credit Card information.  Please Note to reset the Credit Card information can protect your account from being taken back.

Step 5  Select "Update Member Information" and edit your own information. Then click "Reset"

Step 6  Your registration membership information updated successfully. 

§ Update Payment Information

Step 1   Same as above first three steps, after selected "Membership", please choose "update payment information ", you will see the payment information page shown as below.

Step 2  Click "Edit" and select your country and click "Next"

Step 3  Read the text carefully and click "Accept"

Step 4  Update the information with your credit card information and finally click "Submit".  Please Note: Only Visa and MasterCard is available for FFXI payment.
